We protected the tree, added a pool and a garage/ pool house, and satisfied the historic preservation requirements in a very involved process.

We're in the planning phase of a full renovation and 1000sf addition to a Craftsman Bungalow in Junius Heights, on of Dallas' prime historic districts.
