This is a LEED Certified joint campus is shared between Richland College and the Garland Chamber of Commerce.  It's main uses include economic development events, officing, and workforce training programs for local manufacturers.

The city of Grapevine and the Grapevine Opry coordinated to restore and expand the theater offerings in their downtown rehabilitation area. Restoration, expansion and modernization of a 1940s era movie theater, and the creation of a blackbox theater were included in the program.

Office, Trailer parking, driver care facilities, and training were included in this 10,000sf new build facility at DFW Airport.

The stabilization, and restoration of the existing structure, and the completion of the century delayed bell tower were the main focuses of this work for the Dallas Diocese of the Catholic Church

The City of Plano relocated and expanded their technical support staff, server facilities, and critical operations infrastructure to this adaptively reused office/ IT facility.

This speculative industrial facility was built for Oakmont Industrial just South of DFW Airport.  It totals over 525,000sf.
